Our ophthalmology group has been providing a broad spectrum of care for over thirty years. We have a modern facility with an attached ophthalmology owned surgery center. Both the practice and surgery center are available for partnership within 12-18 months of association. This new position offers a candidate the flexibility to develop a practice that fits their individual lifestyle and financial goals.
We are offering to pay the new associate at partner level from day one. For peace of mind for the new associate we will guarantee a base, but even at moderate production levels, the new associate should exceed this by being paid at partner rate.
Our two newest partners, are 12 years and 4 years into their careers with our team. The senior partner has been with our practice for 33 years. He is ready to wind down his practice but will continue to fill in as needed, allowing a ready-made volume for the new associate to tailor her or his practice.
Our practice consists of three ophthalmologists at the main office. We also own four optometry satellite offices. Each location has a full optical department as well. With these and the surgery center, a new fast-tracked associate has significant advantages to jump start their career.
OHSU’s Cascades East Family Practice Residency is located in Klamath Falls, allowing the new associate to be a member of the OHSU faculty if that is desired.
