Compensation
Base Compensation: $100,000 annual salary or 10% of net collections, whichever is greater. This compensation model directly rewards productivity and clinical performance, giving providers the opportunity to fully participate in the revenue they generate. The guaranteed base provides income security, while the collections structure removes earning caps and allows doctors to scale their compensation in proportion to their patient volume and production. Providers are positioned to earn beyond $200,000 annually based on their individual performance.
