Our 40+ year old group practice is a physician owned and operated independent practice with 6 providers. We have 3 offices in beautiful Western North Carolina. Our team is seeking a full-time surgeon to care for our growing patient population. We will consider comprehensive ophthalmologists, cornea surgeons and glaucoma doctors too. This is a great opportunity for an established surgeon or for a new graduate to build and grow a busy practice. Partnership track, including real estate, is available if desired. Our practice is physician owned and operated and we welcome a compassionate, skilled provider with a gift for creating long-lasting patient relationships.
The opportunity we have includes a competitive salary with a bonus structure and optical revenue, as well as a comprehensive suite of benefits. We have Modernizing Medicine as our EHR and excellent long term staff with technician support and scribes. We pride ourselves on our collegial environment and excellent ethical patient care.
We seek a candidate who wishes to work 4-5 days a week in a busy clinical setting seeing approximately 30-40 patients a day. All providers take an equal share of call responsibilities.
