Our Retina only practice is seeking to add a third full-time surgical retina specialist due to successful growth. Our office is fully equipped with top-notch equipment including Heidelberg OCT/FA/ICG, Optos FA/ICG, Diagnosys ERG, Iridex Micropulse laser and retina focused EMR.  The ASC is equipped with a Constellation vitrectomy machine and a Zeiss microscope with Resight.

This position is for a fellowship trained, board eligible/certified (or Internationally trained Retina surgeons), ethical surgical retina specialist who is seeking a non-private equity partnership track or employed position and values his/her independence and a teamwork environment.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a hard-working, personable candidate who has interest in participating in clinical trials and is easy to get along with. The new associate will start his/her career in our well-designed spacious new office with a strong support staff. Ample supportive mentorship will be available for recent graduates. Academic appointment with a nearby university and teaching opportunity is available.  We are involved in teaching medical students and residents.

We are hour from an international airport and within reasonable driving distance of several other major cities. We are in a midsize college town with a strong health care sector. It is a family-oriented city with a strong public-school system. The cost of living is much lower than the national average with several opportunities to live within a beautiful subdivision or just outside the city limits. You will have the opportunity to experience all four seasons without the recurrent stress of major natural disasters. There is an abundance of social activities along with many opportunities for outdoor adventures and is an easy place to make new friends. Additionally, Indiana has a strong Tort reform which allows you to practice medicine without a litigious culture.

Our new 13,500 sq ft clinic was built for an efficient flow in a growing area of town.

Sign On Bonus | Relocation | Great Compensation and Aggressive Bonus Structure: This position offers a generous guaranteed base salary based on qualifications and experience with a high production bonus starting immediately along with sign-on bonus, generous paid time off, relocation allowance, full benefits including an advanced retirement plan that includes 401K, profit sharing & cash balance plans.

Our office has a mature referral pattern that will ensure the new retina surgeon long term growth and success with a VERY LUCRATIVE INCOME for a hardworking physician.  After 2 years of employment, the physician will become eligible for a reasonable and transparent partnership if so desired. Call is restricted to the practice with no hospital call and will be shared equally among physicians.
