Fantastic Optometrist Job in Beautiful Northern California with an Established OD/MD Group! Great Salary, Aggressive Bonus Structure and 4 weeks PTO!
Our group is looking to hire a full-time Medical Optometrist for our team and for our patients. We have one location with 12 exam lanes, a diagnostic room with 2 HVFs, 2 OCTs, AR, Topography, and a complete optical dispensary and lab.
The practice focus is general ophthalmology, cataract and glaucoma. We offer premium lenses including LRI, Toric, Panoptix and the RxSight Light Adjustable Lens.
We have been serving our area since 1965. We cultivate a great reputation with our patients and enjoy the working relationship with the local optometrists and value managing patients together medically and surgically.
Our team is energetic and collegial, and they enjoy delivering patient centered care. We work Monday to Thursday, 8:30 to 5:30 and Friday 8:30 to 4:30.
Patient volume would start at 12-15 patients for the first month with the expectation that ultimate daily volume would be 25+ patients a day, assisted by an ophthalmic technician. We are anxious and committed to mentor our optometrists, which will allow them to confidently manage optical, medical and surgical patients developing a highly rewarding practice.
The position includes a competitive salary and includes 4 weeks of PTO, health insurance, malpractice insurance, dues and licenses, and a CME stipend. The incentive bonus structure is very aggressive! Optical profit is included for all providers in the percentage generated.
