A busy, private ophthalmology practice in one of the most beautiful areas of the East coast is recruiting a fellowship-trained retina/vitreous surgeon. We have a well established and respected practice in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and integrity to be a great fit with our team.
The practice currently has 5 locations with 9 Ophthalmologists and 2 Optometrists. Our practice includes cornea, oculoplastic, glaucoma, ocular melanoma and 2 retina specialists. Our support staff is knowledgeable and friendly with a patient focused culture.

Our practice is located in the heart of the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. We are 30 minutes from Charlottesville (University of Virginia) and 30 minutes from Harrisonburg (James Madison University). The area offers a wonderful setting for single or family life. There are a variety of recreational activities available such as kayaking, boating, hiking, biking, photography, and skiing. The area is also rich in history. Cultural attractions include theater, art, and music. Another big plus is the picturesque Blue Ridge Mountains and Blue Ridge Parkway.
