Our busy, growing ophthalmology group practice is in need of a Retina Surgeon.
We seek a well-qualified retina surgeon to join our busy multi-specialty ophthalmology practice in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The incoming Retina Surgeon will join a busy clinic with over 30K patient visits per year. We own and operate our own on-site ambulatory surgery center, and we will provide you with the necessary diagnostics and surgical tools, along with business development assistance. This is a partnership position with a competitive financial reimbursement structure for both associates and partners. The Retina Surgeon will keep the drug profits and we believe that this position will allow for VERY LUCRATIVE COMPENSATION after 3 or 4 years. We have no capitated contracts. We are 100% physician-owned and not involved with any private equity firms.
