Ophthalmologist – Oculoplastic Specialist – The Villages, FL
Our ophthalmology / optometry practice is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Oculoplastic Specialist to work with our fully integrated provider team and support staff in central Florida. The incoming surgeon will join our expanding team of 4 ophthalmologists and 2 optometrists providing care at 5 clinics and our wholly owned, ophthalmic surgery center housing state-of-the-art technology. For over 40 years, we have provided exceptional eye care to patients located in the greater central Florida area.

- Join a high-volume, well-established multi-specialty practice with available volume starting day 1 (current surgeons are referring out oculoplastic cases) and a favorable payor mix
- Full dedicated team of work-up technicians, scribes, and diagnostic support
- The Villages, as the world’s largest retirement community, is home to charming neighborhoods and unique town centers. Moreover, Florida has no state income tax.
Compensation
- Very competitive, guaranteed base salary for 2 years plus bonus if production formula exceeds base salary
- After initial 2 years, compensation is based on production formula only, with significant upside potential
- Sign-on bonuses available
