Our well established group is recruiting a talented, relational Optometrist to accomodate patient demand. We are based out of a single location in the attractive Slingerlands, NY area, which is a suburb of Albany. The practice is a beautiful, state-of-the-art facility offering Cornea, Cataracts, Refractive, Premium IOLs, Comprehensive Eye Care and and a host of optometry services. Our group serves as Albany Medical Center’s Department of Ophthalmology’s Division of Cornea, Cataract, and Refractive Surgery.

Your Role
As a member of the integrated surgeon and optometric team, you will provide a broad scope of optometric services including comprehensive eye exams, management of glaucoma, treatment of dry eye and ocular surface disease as well as post operative cataract and LASIK management. You will have access to the latest state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment equipment including Intense Pulse Light therapy. Office hours are 8-5 each weekday. There are no nights or weekend work except for call duties, which are shared equally.
