Join a well-established and thriving retail optometry practice in the heart of beautiful Charleston, South Carolina! We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) to become a key member of our professional team. New graduates are encouraged to apply! We welcome optometrists at all experience levels and are excited to support your professional growth.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Base Salary: Starting at $150,000 annually
- Performance-Based Bonus: Potential to earn up to $200,000 per year
- Work Schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM; occasional Saturdays required

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations
- Diagnose and co-manage ocular diseases
- Prescribe corrective lenses and manage visual conditions
- Educate patients on proper eye care and vision health
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
- Provide emergency eye care as needed
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited institution
- Active and valid optometry license in the state of South Carolina
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Professionalism and commitment to ethical practice
