The incoming Optometrist will be immediately busy and you’ll love working with our accomplished down to earth surgeons. Our organization has an excellent reputation with our wide-reaching referral base. We have only lost one doctor in the last 20+ years (aside from retirements), so doctors who interview with us join! We will consider talented, relational New Grad O.D.s, as well as experienced doctors of optometry. An efficient, productive Optometrist can earn in excess of $200K here. If the incoming Optometrist has experience or a desire to do dry eye, myopia control, hard-to-fit contact lenses or pediatric ODs.
