The collaborative atmosphere and strong internal support make it easy to provide the best care for our patients. It’s an honor to serve our community and make a meaningful difference in the management of ocular disease and glaucoma. Knowing that our work directly improves people’s vision and quality of life is incredibly rewarding. There is no other team I’d rather be a part of. – Staff Provider
I’m deeply grateful to our owning surgeon for the opportunity to be a part of this wonderful team of people. The experience has been incredibly rewarding, and each day brings new opportunities for growth and development. I love being surrounded by a team that’s dedicated to excellence in patient care and supporting each other. Working here has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally, and I’m proud to contribute to a practice that changes lives every day. – Practice Administrator

Oklahoma City Has Something for Everyone
1) Big-city fun with a “mid-sized city” cost of living
OKC gives you a lot of what people love about larger metros—restaurants, events, pro sports, cool districts—without the same price pressure you’ll find in places like Dallas, Denver, or Nashville.
Bonus: easier parking, less traffic stress, and more space for what you pay.
2) Pro sports + a surprisingly strong live entertainment scene
OKC is a legitimate sports city, anchored by the Oklahoma City Thunder (NBA), and the city does a great job hosting concerts and major events.
You’ll also find:
Minor league baseball (OKC Dodgers)
Soccer, college sports energy, and year-round local events
Great concert venues and nightlife pockets in areas like Bricktown, Midtown, and the Paseo Arts District
3) Parks, trails, and outdoor life that’s easy to access
OKC is one of those places where you can actually use the outdoors regularly because it’s convenient and spread out.
Top outdoor highlights include:
Scissortail Park (downtown, modern, beautiful, very walkable)
Myriad Botanical Gardens (a gem in the middle of the city)
Lake Hefner for running, biking, and sunsets
Tons of green space + trails for casual walking, weekend workouts, and family time
4) Strong family-friendly neighborhoods + growing school options
If schools matter to you, OKC has a wide mix of choices:
Established suburban districts nearby (often a big draw for families)
Private school options and specialty programs
More families choosing OKC now because you can still get a solid home base without paying premium “big coastal city” prices
5) A city that’s growing fast (jobs + development + momentum)
OKC has real “next chapter” energy—new development, renovated districts, and more people relocating for opportunity and lifestyle.
What that means for you:
More restaurants, retail, and community projects every year
Increasing job opportunities across healthcare, aviation, energy, tech, and business
A city that feels like it’s building—not stuck
