✅ Reasonably paced schedule (approx. 20 patients/day)
✅ No nights or weekends
✅ Strong staff support (tech + scribing capabilities)
✅ Busy schedule already built — no need to “start from scratch”
✅ Great technology + strong optical (large selection, quality lenses)

The Practice Style + Culture
Our practice philosophy is not about how many patients we can see— We are not a conveyor-belt office. We are a highly relational group that believes patients deserve:
- quality time
- education and clarity
- trust and long-term relationships
- compassionate, loyal care
The culture is laid-back, upbeat, with a family feel. The environment is positive, and the team is proud of the work they do.
We’re looking for an OD who is:
✅ professional and personable
✅ bright, humble, and gracious
✅ relationship-driven
✅ compassionate and consistent
✅ someone who will go the extra mile for patients
Your Role
- You’ll provide full-scope optometry, including:
- comprehensive exams
- refractive care
- primary care + medical optometry
You don’t need to be an ocular disease expert on day one—but you must be willing to learn and grow in medical care. The practice values doing things the right way and partnering with MDs when appropriate.
