Our longstanding, highly respected multi-location OD/MD group in Central Maine is seeking two Optometrists (new grads welcome) to join our collaborative, patient-first team in the Waterville area.

The Role

As an Optometrist here, you’ll enjoy a balanced mix of:

• Comprehensive primary eye care
• Medical optometry (high medical volume due to aging population)
• Contact lens fits (including specialty/hard-to-fit lenses if interested)
• Dry eye work if so desired
• Strong collaboration with experienced Ophthalmologists and other ODs

Team -OD/MD Collaboration

You’ll be joining an established group of 6 doctors and surgeons:

Ophthalmologists

• General + Cataracts (including Light Adjustable Lens experience)
• Glaucoma-focused care
• Oculoplastics / ASOPRS

Optometrists
A stable team with long tenures and strong training roots (NECO, Salus, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits

Starting salary:  Depends on skills, training, work ethic and pace, and overall suitability for our patients.
