Seattle, Washington Medical Optometrist Job. 4 Day Work Week | $200K.
Our private Ophthalmology / Optometry group is recruiting a talented, highly skilled, and motivated Optometrist for our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice at the forefront of optometry in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
The Role
You’ll provide comprehensive medical eye care with an emphasis on cataract and glaucoma co-management, working closely with ophthalmologists from diagnosis through post-op care. This is an ideal position for optometrists who enjoy complex care in a team-based environment.

What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive medical eye exams
- Provide pre- and post-op cataract and glaucoma care
- Co-manage patients in a collaborative MD/OD model
- Educate patients on diagnoses and treatment plans
- Document efficiently in EMR
- Participate in CE and ongoing training

What We’re Looking For
- OD degree from an accredited program
- Washington license (or ability to obtain)
- Interest or experience in medical optometry and co-management
- Strong communicator with a patient-first mindset
- Team-oriented and clinically driven
