Exceptional Compensation & Benefits
We believe in rewarding expertise with a compensation structure that is among the most competitive in the state.
- Guaranteed Base Salary: $185,000 – $200,000 (commensurate with experience and skillset).
- High Earning Potential: With a high guaranteed base salary and productivity bonus and incentive structure, annual earnings above $250,000 are achievable.
