About the Opportunity

This is a medical optometry role designed to let you focus on patient care in a collaborative, well-supported environment.
You’ll have your own patient flow and the autonomy to practice full-scope medical optometry. The structure is steady, predictable, and built for long-term satisfaction.

Clinical Scope & Technology
Our practice provides the following services:
• Cataract and premium lens surgery
• Cornea procedures
• Some LASIK and glaucoma management

Technology includes:
• OCT
• Fundus photography
• Auto refractor
• A-scan
• Compulink EHR

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $135,000 – $175,000
• Productivity bonus: 30% of net professional collections after 2.25× base salary
• 401(k) and Health Insurance
• PTO: 3 weeks
• Sick time: 1 week
• CME: 3 days
