• ~20 patients per day, allowing time for patient education and quality care
• Dedicated clinical support staff (front and back office techs)

Compensation & Schedule
Schedule:
• 5 days per week
• ~8-hour workdays
• Rotating Saturdays
• Typical patient hours: 9:15 AM – 5:15 PM
Compensation:
• New graduates: ~$165,000 base + production
• Experienced ODs: ~$175,000+ base + production
• Total earning potential: ~$200,000+
