We are a well-established, multispecialty ophthalmology practice serving Southwest Louisiana, and we’re looking for a Doctor of Optometry (OD) to join our team.

What Your Day-to-Day Could Look Like
Performing comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages
Diagnosing and managing ocular conditions such as glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, macular degeneration, and dry eye
Providing urgent and acute eye care as needed
Co-managing surgical patients (cataract, refractive, retina, glaucoma) alongside ophthalmologists
Collaborating with optical staff to support eyewear recommendations and patient satisfaction
Building meaningful, ongoing relationships with patients
What We’re Looking For
Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program
Strong clinical skills in medical optometry
A thoughtful communicator who enjoys patient education
Ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment
A collaborative mindset and commitment to high-quality care
Interest in building a long-term presence in the community
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
Specialty contact lens experience (scleral, RGP, keratoconus)
Interest in dry eye management or specialty clinics
Pediatric experience
Bilingual or multilingual communication skills
