Oculoplastic Position – Palm Beach County Florida | Affluent Coastal Community – Build Something Exceptional within an Exceptional Practice.

Palm Beach County Oculoplastics Position.

An established, physician-led ophthalmology practice in Southeast Florida is seeking an ASOPRS-trained Oculoplastic Ophthalmologist to develop and lead a comprehensive oculoplastics and facial aesthetics practice.

The Practice

We are a patient-centered, cataract and refractive ophthalmology practice located in beautiful Palm Beach County, Florida. We are recruiting an exceptionally trained oculoplastic surgeon to build, lead, and grow a premier oculoplastics program within our thriving organization. This is not a replacement hire, it is a carefully curated opportunity to create something exceptional.

The Market Opportunity

Palm Beach County is one of Florida’s most affluent and fastest-growing regions, with a significant void for high-end oculoplastic and cosmetic surgery services on the west side of the county, where we are located.

The surrounding communities have median household incomes exceeding $105,000, with median home values ranging from $500,000 to $750,000. The area is home to affluent neighborhoods, gated communities, equestrian estates, and golf course developments, all contributing to strong demand for premium aesthetic services. The local demographics are ideally suited for a full-spectrum oculoplastics practice, including:
• Functional and cosmetic eyelid surgery
• Cosmetic facial procedures
• Facial rejuvenation procedures including injections, lasers and skincare
• Biopsies and reconstruction

Our culture is already geared for premium service lines, demonstrated by our 70% conversion rate for premium cataract packages, a patient base already highly aligned with oculoplastic and cosmetic service offerings.

The Facility

Our private practice is poised for substantial growth as we expand in our new 15,000 sq ft flagship facility, featuring a beautiful clinic, optical, and world-class surgical center, all located on a five-acre medical campus surrounded by complementary medical practices.

• A ~4,000 sq ft shell space on the second floor of the building is designated for oculoplastics. It will be designed and built to meet the needs of the specialty, creating a highly customized, premium aesthetic environment.
• Two dedicated office-based surgery suites are currently pursuing AAAHC certification and Level 2 anesthesia credentials.
• The building’s interiors were designed by Palm Beach County’s premier interior designer, offering a boutique, luxury experience for patients.
• The oculoplastics space will have its own private entrance, discreet from the general ophthalmology area, and will be fully tailored for an upscale plastic aesthetic experience.
• We offer built-in referral streams from our ophthalmology patients. Additionally, we are establishing a future medical community on campus, which will serve as a potential source of referrals.

The Career Model: A Different Approach to Ownership & Partnership

While many practices sell partnership as the goal, our model is intentionally different and better suited to the right physician:
• We remove the financial and operational burdens of ownership, management, and startup.
• You focus on clinical care, practice growth, and patient experience, while we handle the operational complexity.
• You are fully incentivized with a production-based compensation model that directly rewards growth and performance.
• This creates true alignment: strong earning potential without the headaches and financial risk of traditional partnership models.

Leadership That Understands Oculoplastics

Ninety percent of ophthalmology practices that add oculoplastics have never done it before. We have. Our CEO brings deep experience from successfully launching, growing and supporting oculoplastic and aesthetic service lines. You will have full support from leadership that truly understands your specialty — clinically, operationally, and financially.
