We are representing a well-established, highly regarded ophthalmology practice on Maryland’s Eastern Shore that is seeking a full-time Optometrist to join its collaborative clinical team in the Berlin, MD area.

About the Role
This is a full-scope medical and primary care optometry position with strong infrastructure already in place.

Full-scope optometry with a mix of medical and routine care
Established referral base and steady patient flow
Modern, well-equipped offices
Experienced technicians and support staff
Collaborative environment with ophthalmology support
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, full-time
No weekends required
Call: Shared 1:4

- Guaranteed base salary: $175,000+
