This is a high surgery volume position with a large, healthy referral network— there are plenty of cataracts and other Glaucoma and anterior segment work for the incoming ophthalmologist. You will be immediately busy!
The practice is state-of-the-art and has a strong co-management care philosophy. Our surgeons are in the ASC / OR multiple days per week.
We offer outstanding compensation and highly lucrative production bonuses. There is also an opportunity to buy shares in the organization.
