About the Opportunity
The incoming Retina Surgeon will join a collaborative ophthalmic team supported by experienced technicians, advanced diagnostic equipment, modern surgical facilities, and a strong referral network throughout Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho.

Responsibilities Include
- Comprehensive medical and surgical retina care
- Diagnosis and management of complex retinal disease
- Intravitreal injections and retina laser procedures
- Vitreoretinal surgery
- Interpretation of advanced diagnostic imaging and testing
- Collaboration with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and referring providers
- Participation in clinical quality and patient care initiatives
- Helping expand and strengthen the retina service line throughout the region
Candidate Requirements
Qualified Candidates Should Have
- Fellowship training in Retina/Vitreous Surgery
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Ophthalmology
- Eligibility for medical licensure in Washington and Idaho
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care

Compensation & Benefits
