Comprehensive or Fellowship Trained Ophthalmologist Opportunity – Private Practice + Partnership Opportunity – 1 Hour South of Chicago!
A busy, well-established surgical practice just south of Chicago is seeking a skilled Comprehensive or Fellowship-Trained Ophthalmologist to join our progressive, state-of-the-art team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a physician who values clinical excellence, integrity, and compassionate patient care.
Our full-service practice features a QUAD A–accredited, office-based ophthalmic laser and surgical suite, a comprehensive optical shop, and a dedicated team of 30 clinical and administrative professionals. With a strong OD referral network and sustained patient demand, the incoming physician will assume a well-supported clinical role (including dedicated technicians and scribes) associated with a retiring surgeon.
The practice currently performs 1,700–2,000+ cataract procedures annually, offering a consistent surgical foundation with opportunity for continued growth.
You will join a collaborative 2 MD / 3 OD practice that emphasizes efficiency, teamwork, and clinical excellence. Mentorship is available in advanced surgical techniques and technology, including advanced technology IOLs, femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery (LENSAR ALLY platform), EVO ICL, and PRK.
