A well-established multi-specialty ophthalmology group in the Greater Boston area is seeking a Medical Retina or Medical Retina / Cataract Surgeon to join its growing team. This opportunity has arisen due to continued practice growth, succession planning, and the gradual reduction of schedules by senior physicians.
The incoming physician will benefit from an established referral network, strong patient demand, experienced support staff, and the opportunity to build surgical volume quickly within a collaborative environment that includes fellowship-trained subspecialists. The incoming ophthalmologist will also enjoy our vibrant work culture. Part of our DNA is to constantly look for ways to improve–that’s part of our culture and who we are as a group.

This physician-led, academically-oriented ophthalmology group has served patients throughout the Greater Boston region for more than two decades. With multiple locations and a team of highly trained ophthalmologists and optometrists, the practice is committed to delivering advanced eye care while maintaining a strong focus on patient experience, clinical excellence, and innovation.
