A well-established multi-specialty ophthalmology group in the Greater Boston area is seeking a Comprehensive Ophthalmologist /  Cataract Surgeon to join its growing team. This opportunity has arisen due to continued practice growth, succession planning, and the gradual reduction of schedules by senior physicians.

About the Practice

This physician-led, academically-oriented ophthalmology group has served patients throughout the Greater Boston region for more than two decades. With multiple locations and a team of highly trained ophthalmologists and optometrists, the practice is committed to delivering advanced eye care while maintaining a strong focus on patient experience, clinical excellence, and innovation.  Our team has always relentlessly pursued both improvement in patient experience and innovation in academic medicine. The incoming physician will primarily provide care in the northern Greater Boston offices, serving an established patient base with significant demand for both comprehensive ophthalmology and cataract surgery.

Clinical Responsibilities

The position offers a blend of comprehensive ophthalmology and cataract surgery, including:

* Cataract evaluation and surgical treatment
* Comprehensive ophthalmology
* Management of glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, dry eye, and other ocular conditions
* Collaboration with in-house subspecialists in cornea, glaucoma, retina, oculoplastics, and other disciplines
* Participation in practice growth and patient care initiatives
